How long does the car-buying process take?

Can I buy a car entirely online?

Yes! Springfield GMC offers a streamlined remote buying experience. You can complete most, or all, of your purchase from home.

Once you are connected with one of our expert salespeople, they can walk you through the entire remote car-buying process, including remote trade appraisals, applying for financing, e-signing of paperwork, and free delivery and trade pickup! *

Not ready to connect with a salesperson? No problem! On our website, you can browse available vehicles, get a preliminary value of your trade-in, apply for financing, and customize your deal. 

*We offer free delivery to VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, and NY. We will help arrange shipping for anyone shopping outside of this area!

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes! We offer free local delivery options for added convenience. We will deliver vehicles and pickup trades in VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, and NY. For anyone living outside of these states, we will help arrange shipping.

We will also drop off vehicles for test drives in VT, NH, and MA. Contact us to confirm availability and details based on your location.

Do you ship vehicles out of state?

Yes! If you find the perfect vehicle but aren’t nearby, we help coordinate out-of-state purchases and vehicle shipping.

What should I bring with me to the dealership?

To make your visit as smooth and efficient as possible, we recommend bringing a few key items:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Your trade-in vehicle’s registration and title or payoff information (if applicable)
  • Your trade-in vehicle’s 2nd set of keys (if applicable)
  • A method of payment for your down payment

Having these items ready can help speed up the process and get you on the road faster!

Can I hold a vehicle before purchasing?

Yes! We understand that the right vehicle can go quickly. In many cases, we’re able to hold a vehicle for a short period of time with a deposit.

We recommend reaching out to our team as soon as possible to confirm availability and discuss your options. Our goal is to make sure you don’t miss out on the perfect vehicle!

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

You’re always welcome to walk in, no appointment necessary! That said, scheduling an appointment ahead of time can help ensure a dedicated team member is ready and that the vehicle you’re interested in is available and prepared for your visit. However you prefer to shop, we look forward to working with you!
