Tony M was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and process. The deal almost did not go through, but he made it happen. He was helpful in choosing accessories and we spent a lot of time going over the vehicle upon delivery. I have already referred a friend to him.

Oil change was done quickly and the staff was very helpful.

I was there for about an hour

Everything went well with new tires installed except for making sure the valve stems were snug. One was loose enough that the tire lost pressure and was flat in 24 hours. The problem was resolved and everything is good.

We had an engine light on and we were giving another vehicle to drive for a few days until the part came in, as always the service department and mechanics at Springfield GMC are top notch.
