I was impressed at the knowledge of the mechanics/service department and relieved that they addressed the issue I was having with my vehicle immediately, (my fear was that they would push a “process of elimination” tactic to make more money. They had the necessary parts in stock and completed the warrantied repair right then and there! Knowledgeable, kind and informative!

This was a fantastic experience. Casie was able to both convince me that I needed to get the truck I have long wanted, and able to help me close on the terms. I came in looking for a truck to order expecting a 6 month wait and stumbled upon one of the very few trucks in the nation available. Through a long stream of text messages, we were able to get to terms that were acceptable (given the price of the vehicle and availability of like trucks). The only time we spoke on the phone was when she was able to make the final offer. Additionally, the truck was delivered to my driveway and I didn’t have to spend several hours in the showroom like I have for past purchases. I hate those interactions…. This was fantastic.

Just bought my second truck at Springfield. First time was much easier, who deal was done over the phone, this time I found myself waiting and waiting to see all the necessary people. Half of a day not counting the long drive. I know car dealerships are businesses and their main goal is profit, but I was a little put off when KBB had my trucks trade in value at 22-26k and their first offer was 20k. I did end up getting the trade in value I wanted and they did deliver it over to New York when they said. Overall very satisfied with the dealership, that's why I went back there to buy this truck. Just know what your vehicle is worth before you go. The fact that they deliver even though I am 100 miles away still amazes me.
